Okay, so the other day, I was thinking, “Wouldn’t it be cool to have a warmer for my teapot?” I mean, I love having a hot cup of tea throughout the morning, but I hate when it gets cold. I started looking into some options.

I found out that they call it a “electric kettle teapot warmer.” So, I found some ideas, and thought why not sharing my little project with you guys.
My DIY Teapot Warmer Project
First, I grabbed an old ceramic tile I had lying around. I figured this would be a good, heat-resistant base. Then, I got one of those small candle warming plates. You know, the kind you use to keep scented candles warm? Yeah, those.
- Ceramic tile: The first thing you will need to serve as your base and it is heat-resistant.
- Candle warming plate: To use as the heating source.
- Some adhesive: The one I use is heavy-duty and heat-resistant.
I used some heavy-duty, heat-resistant adhesive to stick the warming plate onto the ceramic tile. Made sure it was centered and good to go. I let that dry for a good few hours, just to make sure it was solid.
Once it was all dry, I plugged it in and placed my teapot on top. Boom! It worked like a charm! My tea stayed perfectly warm without getting that weird, burnt taste you sometimes get from reheating.
It’s super simple, I know, but it made my tea-drinking experience so much better. And it was way cheaper than buying one of those fancy teapot warmers. Plus, it felt good to use stuff I already had around the house.

If you’re a tea lover like me, I totally recommend giving this a try. It’s a small thing, but it really does make a difference! Cheers to always having a warm cuppa!
