Okay, so I’ve been wanting a way to keep my tea warm for ages. You know, for those long work-from-home days or when I’m just chilling with a book. Finally decided to get a proper electric teapot and kettle with a warmer, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer. I will share my own process from beginning to end.
The Hunt Begins
First, I started looking around online. I checked a few different stores’ websites, and oh boy, there are a LOT of options. Different sizes, different features… it was a little overwhelming!
Narrowing it Down
I figured out I wanted something not too big, since it’s mostly just for me. And I definitely wanted a glass one, so I could see the water level. I also read some reviews to see what other people liked and didn’t like. Some folks complained about kettles being noisy, or the warmers not working well, so I made note of those.
Making the Choice
After a few days of searching, I finally picked one that seemed pretty good. It was a decent size, glass, had good reviews, and the price was right. I placed my order.
The Arrival
It arrived a couple of days ago! I was so excited to unpack it. Everything looked good, no damage or anything. I gave it a quick wash, just to be safe.
First Brew
Time for the test! I filled it up with water, put it on the base, and pressed the button.
- It heated up pretty fast, and it wasn’t too loud, which was a relief.
- Once it boiled, I added my tea bag.
- Then I turned on the warmer function.
- And… it worked perfectly!
Enjoy Warm Tea
I’ve been using it every day since. My tea stays nice and warm for hours. It’s so much better than having to constantly reheat it in the microwave. And it’s actually kind of relaxing to watch the water *, I am really enjoying this new tool to keep my drinks warm all the time.
