and request a Return and Refund Authorization Number. If you have ordered
a 3 month or 10 month supply you'll need to send back the remaining amount
of your order intact for the refund to be applicable, whcih need to be
the remaining 2 or 8 months depending on which option you have ordered.
Please note that as the Guarantee is for you to try the Wu-Long/Oo-Long
Tea for the first time, refunds apply only to first-time purchasers and
will be issued within 2 weeks of your order return. Please allow 5 to
14 days for shipment outside Australia.
